Our Intro to Athleticism program is designed specifically for boys and girls ages 3–5, focusing on developing confidence, balance, coordination, and movement skills in a fun, supportive environment.
Each session introduces the fundamentals of athletic movement through age-appropriate drills, games, and exploration-based activities. This program is not about competition — it’s about building a foundation, fostering enjoyment of physical activity, and helping children learn how to move with control, rhythm, and purpose.
This is a great introduction for young athletes who may continue into soccer, gymnastics, dance, martial arts, or any sport in the future.

Parent Participation
A parent or guardian must remain present during the session.
