Program Overview

The 8-Week Elite Recovery Program is a structured, high-level recovery system designed for athletes who train and compete consistently and need a smarter approach to staying healthy, mobile, and game-ready throughout the season.

This program focuses on proper recovery, injury prevention, and long-term durability, allowing athletes to train harder during the week while reducing the risk of overuse injuries, tightness, and burnout.

This is a test program with strictly limited availability.

Program Schedule

  • Start Date: January 10

  • Days: Saturdays & Sundays

  • Time: 9:00–10:00 AM

  • Duration: 8 weeks

  • Group Size: Maximum 10 athletes

Sessions are intentionally scheduled in the morning to support weekend recovery while complementing team training and competition schedules.

What’s Included

Each session is a guided, coach-led recovery experience, not a self-directed stretch.

Athletes will receive:

  • Deep full-body stretching to restore mobility and range of motion

  • Foam rolling and soft-tissue release to reduce muscle tension

  • Injury-prevention band work focused on hips, knees, ankles, and core

  • EMS muscle-stimulation recovery to support circulation and muscle recovery

Every session follows a structured format to ensure consistency, progression, and measurable recovery benefits over the full 8 weeks.
