Program Overview
The 8-Week Elite Recovery Program is a structured, high-level recovery system designed for athletes who train and compete consistently and need a smarter approach to staying healthy, mobile, and game-ready throughout the season.
This program focuses on proper recovery, injury prevention, and long-term durability, allowing athletes to train harder during the week while reducing the risk of overuse injuries, tightness, and burnout.
This is a test program with strictly limited availability.
Program Schedule
Start Date: January 10
Days: Saturdays & Sundays
Time: 9:00–10:00 AM
Duration: 8 weeks
Group Size: Maximum 10 athletes
Sessions are intentionally scheduled in the morning to support weekend recovery while complementing team training and competition schedules.
What’s Included
Each session is a guided, coach-led recovery experience, not a self-directed stretch.
Athletes will receive:
Deep full-body stretching to restore mobility and range of motion
Foam rolling and soft-tissue release to reduce muscle tension
Injury-prevention band work focused on hips, knees, ankles, and core
EMS muscle-stimulation recovery to support circulation and muscle recovery
Every session follows a structured format to ensure consistency, progression, and measurable recovery benefits over the full 8 weeks.
Who This Program Is For
This program is ideal for:
Competitive soccer players and multi-sport athletes
Athletes training multiple times per week
Players dealing with tightness, soreness, or recurring minor injuries
Athletes who want to improve longevity and performance consistency
This program is not intended for casual or recreational athletes.
