Training Membership FAQ

Brasa Football Development

What is included in a training membership?

A training membership provides ongoing access to scheduled training sessions based on the selected program (private or small group). Memberships are designed for consistent development, not single-session use.

Are missed sessions credited or rescheduled?

No. Missed sessions are not credited, rescheduled, or carried forward unless the session is cancelled by Brasa Football Development.

Training spots and coaching time are reserved in advance for each athlete. Missed sessions are considered forfeited.

What happens if Brasa cancels a session?

If Brasa Football Development cancels a session, the session will be rescheduled or credited toward a future session. Coach-cancelled sessions are never lost.

Can sessions be transferred to another athlete?

No. Training memberships and sessions are non-transferable.

Can I pause my membership?

Memberships are continuous monthly subscriptions and cannot be paused. If you no longer wish to continue, cancellation must follow the cancellation policy.

How do I cancel my membership?

Written notice must be provided at least 7 days before the next billing date. Cancellations received after this period will take effect in the following billing cycle.

Are refunds offered?

No refunds are offered for unused, missed, or partially used training sessions.

Why do you use a membership system instead of session packages?

The membership system allows consistent development, structured programming, and fair scheduling for all athletes. It also ensures training standards and accountability.

What happens if my child is injured or unavailable?

We understand injuries happen, however memberships remain active unless cancelled in writing according to policy. This allows Brasa to maintain program structure and staffing.

Is this system fair?

Yes. The system protects athlete development, coaching availability, and program consistency for everyone involved.
